alright, im sleeping late again. and this is really bad for me. hais, got to kick the habit. REALLY. tell you what ive planned to do and what i think i should really try to do.

• sleep before 12 (latest)
• take anti-biotics and vitamins every morning
• not to go online more than 3 hours at a time.
• eat more fruits. at least, a fruit in every 2 days.
• visit the doctor regularly.
• apply medication everyday.
• wake up earlier.
