nice day.

finally some activities for the very joy-deprived me. cheryl invited everyone of us to her newly renovated hse! we visited the new jurong point as well. the super giantic and crowded jp. so not used to it. today... i had loads of food again. all the party food at cheryl's place, followed by 2 tubs of haagen, and some starbucks... fattttttt. as always, going out with ppl you love, is a happy thing. haha. 5 more days to our mini christmas celebration and gift exchange, looking forward(: but... i havent got anything! i wouldnt want to get the wrong gift, shall spend more time looking for a nice one (: lovely. it cheers up my mood when i know i have activities lined up for me almost this entire week! finally EVERYONE is having holiday now! easier to find partners to go anywhere! sis is free now, and cy! and around 1 week plus, my lovelove classmates would be back! haha...

after the one week of terribly boring life... Finally...

chao coffee

it's 7++ in the morning now, and im awake after having 2 cups of coffee last night. this is quite torturous. im tired, want to sleep, but cant. haha, on the brighter side, i get to enjoy the morning peace, and see how the room gets brighter in every few mins. havent been up so early for a really long time, i woke up at 6.30 this morning when i slept at 3 plus,the power of caffeine~ i finally understand what ah seng, jeffrey and cy have exprienced.

take a longggg break

it is now the second week of my holiday, with around 4 more weeks to the start of the next sem. didnt have intention to work this holiday, other than gibing tuitions. cause if i were to take up a 5 day-work-week job, and with my tuitions, i would have lost the entire 1 month break. so after much thoughts, ive decided to stick my butt at home, and forgo the moneyyy. i still hope i can find a temp job and i mean those really temp ones, maybe a one-off job. it's hard. haha...

since im spending my hols with so much time to do almost anything i want, so long as my savings can tahan, i seriously think i ought to do those stuff that ive always wanted to do but complained for the lack of time.

heh, for this first week of break, ive been enjoying food, movies, stayover, and watching taiwan dramas. cleared Zuan jiao yu dao ai, and now chionging Miss No Good.
been having lots of sleep, basically sleeping almost 12 hours everyday. the most unbelieveable record was today- slept at 3am and woke up at 2.30pm. hoho, 2.30 is record breaking!

shall really start on doing more meaningful stuff soon (:

life after exams

exams are finally over! the papers are really hard and lets just hope the bell curve will make things better. sem 1 has also come to an end. that's really fast. i can still remember the first day of orientation so clearly, as though it was just yesterday. who said it's hard to make good friends in uni, waha, i've formed a group already can. they are my bridge partners/dialect mate/gossip grp (oh no)/mugger grp.

havent been enjoying life for past 2 weeks. life simply evolves around ntu, jp, home, jp, ntu and the cycle was ongoing for 2 weeks. how bored can this be. thankfully, we managed to catch-up with some 'life' after the last paper, spent our time in town, dine at dingtaifung and chat at gloria (with horrible drinks). going to msia tmr with classmates for kimgary/secret receipe plus seafood. and hopefully more plans for the following month.

meanwhile, it's time to look for tuitions again, to get some fast cash, to replenish my savings, and sponsor my activities. no money, no life. while others are enjoying themselves in indo/taiwan/australia, i shall slave for the month and wait here slowly and sadly for their return ): of course, i'll be able to meet up soon with cheryl & gang for the mini christmas party and to shop for the gifts for exchange. hoho~

officially one day left to the Accounting paper. my fav module out of the 4. been mugging with the very fun and smart ppl and made a new friend, jennifer-ah hua. so now, ive 2 indo friends. cool, my first time having close friends from other countries.

anywayyy... good news, all my projects are pretty well done. heh, A for accounting, A for biz law. and high chance for an A for fm. but IT.... lets leave it to fate. since i alr half-died on my IT paper on last wednesday. hoho... all for the entities and ERD. :/

happy birthday carmen!

Happy 19th bday to carmen. finally everyone in our gang has reached 19. 19..... omg, 1 more yr to 20. 20 seriously sound so adult. i still feel like teenager and looks like one can :D

so... we had ashton's grill today and the food was great and the prices... shockingly cheap. i still believe they miss out something in the bill. it's so impossible~ 6 people, each of us have our own food and we still ordered an extra dont know what set. 3 cups of lemon tea, one iced choc. total=$77.90. that's like, around $10 a set? but the price of my sirloin is already $11.90 leh. how wierd. anyway, it's definitely worthwhile to travel all the way to payalebar.

it's bugis and it's ah chew's deserts again! ahh, just cant get enough of the waterchestnut with egg. too bad it wasnt available that day. anyway, it was still nice to meet up with xue ler (cheryl) for food and more food, plus a little bit of shopping. xue ler is getting so pretty, totally resemble Jie Er in the Hot shot show. big eyes and so slim, complexion getting so good, tall, neat and almost everything a girl would ask for. aww~

so envy her, for the newly renovated house, her ideal room. wah~ i also want. that will be probably 5 to 10 yrs thing? haha, until i get my own $$$ to renovate my house. wahaha, or best, move to a new place! i know im already very xinfu and shldnt demand too much, but then.... it's good to dream and work towards it. an ideal house, ideal room and a ideal living environment. these are the 'lame' stuff that push me to work on okay. i know it's kinda not-noble, un-ambitious. doesnt matter. step by step. yi bu yi bu lai ah...

anyway, it's exactly 2 weeks left to the first paper! hoho, havent start revising for that irritating IT. IT is really like bio: the-hate-it-but-still-have-to-study-it-subject. im really stretching myself to the max ever, ive nv mug this hard before. and definitely not for a 20 marks quiz.

i pray... i hope... the rubber band in me wont snap so soon. hoho~

& pray hard for me that tutor tan wee wee nv see me sleeping in class today... got to pray real hard, thanks to the guy who sat beside me- keep asking and asking weewee questions and made weewee realise im sleeping. haha...

was chatting with tj on msn since around 3am? quite an unexpected chat but at least we managed to update each other on how we are carrying on our lives. tj has always been so caring towards everyone of us in the group, he's someone so sincere, so real. and you always know that he's there or he will be there for you if he can and when you need him to be there. he should be blessed, should be leading the life that he deserves. i really wish he could get well, and i mean total recovery from his injury. im sure carmen and cheryl feel the same. i totally peifu this friend of mine, from the bottom of my heart. he has nv complained, nv blame anyone of anything for all these. Instead, he is grateful for having a bunch of good friends and a caring family. he's optimistic, he cherish each and everything he has got. if only......... i could handle things as well as he does.

i really hope tj can get well soon, and do the stuff he used to do and wanted to do...

and on the other hand, it feels so sick to entertain other ppl who are desperately looking for gf online.

ways to make the face look smaller!

Tips to make the face look smaller:

it's always about playing with Angles...

1. stick your head close the person beside, slant your head abit, make sure the camera only capture around 75% of the entire face. (choose the better-looking side, normally the side where the hair parting starts)








2. (imparted from jenny) hold your camera high up, then make it face downwards while your eyes move upwards to look at the camera. makes the face look long but at least not wide. wahaha.

What you should avoid if your face is as big as mine, or bigger (sad case):

1. never never never take this kind of photos, whereby the camera is the nearest to you! goodness, not only will face looks big, it makes it look extremely big in comparison to those behing you.

2. dont smile untill so happy... to the extent that your smile enlarges your face, your cheeks are lifted, and your eyes become so small- makes your face looks like the biggest prata ever.

third advice: avoid taking photos with ppl who have small faces. or if possible, try to move a little behind, let others be slightly nearer to the camera compared to you. wahahaha...

last advice: wear shades- they covered a large part of your face! makes the face looks smaller!

side-track abit! im so happy!

firstly because one of tuition kid jumped from a fail grade for her math during her mid-yr paper to an A2 grade for the end of year paper!

74 marks, and she was so angry for the 1 mark difference to an A1 grade. we all know that her overall grade would probably be only a B, since she has failed 3 out of 4 of the previous tests/exams.

but! it's really good enough for the vast improvement! (if only i can improve at this rate in uni now) let's hope her parents are not too demanding and would also be satisfied with her results.
haha, it's obvious that she's smart but lazy.

im looking forward to the other 2 tutees' results~ haha...

secondly, im happy because i got the right gift for sharon (:
